I receive a 405 error (Method not allowed) when trying to delete my account

This is an issue we're aware of and working on fixing. A temporary workaround is trying to use another browser when deleting your account. That has worked for most people.

It says my Android device is incompatible - what do I do?

If you receive an error stating that your device is incompatible it's most likely because the Android OS version you're currently using is not supported by QuizUp.

QuizUp requires Android 4.0.3 or higher, so please update your Android OS to at least 4.0.3 - here are instructions.

When you've done that please try downloading QuizUp again. It should work now!

If you're unable to update, we're sorry. We don't have any plans to make QuizUp available to older versions of Android.
